My name is Zac Burris. I was born and raised within the four walls of my late Grandfathers boxing gym in Central California. I have always been extremely passionate about fitness even at a young age. I began my career Coaching youth sports when I was just sixteen years old. Coaching others has always been a huge passion for me, I've always been dedicated to helping people achieve their personal best.
In 2009 I arrived in San Jose, CA to attend San Jose State University’s Kinesiology program. Since then, I have also completed my CPT Certified Personal Trainer, PES Performance Enhancement Specialist, FNS Fitness Nutrition Specialist Certifications, CES corrective exercise specialist along with my Team USA Olympic Weightlifting Coaching Certification. I LOVE what I do, helping people better their lives, strive to reach their goal, reach it, and then create a new goal to achieve. I have a passion for education including proper technique, form and exercises.
I currently teach Strength and Conditioning, and Coach Varsity Football at Mountain View High School. I have a dedication for working with Youth and striving to see them accomplish their own unique goals.
